What is the IQRush MCP?
How the MCP connector works, what it can access, and which clients are supported.
IQRush MCP is a hosted Model Context Protocol server that gives AI assistants read access to your brand visibility data. Instead of logging into a dashboard, you ask questions in the AI tool you already use — and the assistant calls IQRush in the background.
How it works
When you ask a question like “What’s our citation share this month?”, your AI client (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) calls the IQRush MCP server, which queries your measurement data and returns a live result. The AI then interprets that result and presents it as a readable response.
Every tool call returns live data from your most recent measurement run. Nothing is cached or pre-summarised.
The server URL is:
Supported clients
Client | Connection method | Tutorial |
|---|---|---|
Claude Desktop | Install script + device flow auth | Connect to Claude Desktop |
Claude.ai | Remote URL + OAuth 2.1 | Connect to Claude.ai & Claude Code |
Claude Code | Remote URL + OAuth 2.1 | Connect to Claude.ai & Claude Code |
ChatGPT | Remote URL + OAuth 2.1 | Connect to ChatGPT |
Other MCP clients | Remote URL + OAuth 2.1 | Use the URL directly in your client’s MCP server settings |
Any MCP-compatible client that supports HTTP transport with OAuth 2.1 can connect using the server URL above — no pre-approval or API key required.
