1. What IQRush does

IQRush is precision measurement infrastructure for probabilistic AI models. The Services measure how brands, products, domains, and sources appear inside generative AI answer engines, and report those measurements with statistical confidence intervals and run diagnostics so you can decide whether a change is real and worth acting on. The Services are a measurement and analysis tool. They are not investment, legal, medical, or other professional advice.

IQRush operates its own measurement platform. The IQRush connectors are the official, first-party way to reach the IQRush platform from an AI assistant. They connect you to your own IQRush account and data. They are not a pass-through layer, proxy, or unofficial bridge to any third party’s service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The Services are for business use by users aged 18 or older. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. You must comply with all laws that apply to your use of the Services.

3. Connecting through AI assistants

You may connect IQRush to supported AI assistants. When you do:

• Connections that access your account use OAuth 2.0. You authorize the connector to access only your IQRush workspace and the data needed to fulfill your requests.

• Most connector tools are read-only. Certain tools can create resources in your account (for example, creating a measurement project or saving a baseline). These write actions run only at your request and are surfaced by the AI assistant for your confirmation.

• The connector does not access your conversation, the assistant’s memory, your chat history, or files you upload to the assistant. It operates only on the request parameters the assistant sends.

• Your use of Claude, ChatGPT, or any other AI assistant is also governed by that provider’s own terms and policies. We are responsible for the IQRush connector and the IQRush Services; we are not responsible for the AI assistant itself.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of any law, regulation, or third party’s rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;

• Attempt to access data, accounts, or workspaces that are not yours, or exceed the scope of access you were granted;

• Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to circumvent the security or guardrails of the Services or of any AI assistant through which you reach them;

• Use the Services to build a competing measurement model from our outputs, or to reverse engineer the Services except to the extent the law permits;

• Submit malware, or use the Services to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;

• Use the Services to collect or infer the contents of other users’ AI assistant conversations or other data you are not entitled to;

• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted by a separate written agreement with us.

The Services do not transfer money, move cryptocurrency or other financial assets, or execute financial transactions on your behalf, and you may not attempt to use them to do so.

5. Your data, telemetry, and configuration

You retain your rights in the account information, brand context, and configuration you provide (“Your Data”). You grant IQRush a limited license to use Your Data to operate and improve the Services and to deliver results to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit Your Data and that doing so complies with applicable law.

“Telemetry” means technical logs, metrics, and learnings generated from use of the Services, such as feature usage, request counts, and performance data, that do not identify you or any individual. We may process Telemetry to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

Where we process personal information within Your Data on your behalf, we act as a processor and you act as the controller, as set out in our Data Processing Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference for customers to whom it applies.

6. Measurements are probabilistic estimates

Generative AI answer engines are probabilistic. The same query can produce different answers across runs. IQRush is designed to quantify that uncertainty, but our outputs are statistical estimates, not guarantees. We do not warrant that any specific visibility, citation, ranking, or business outcome will occur, persist, or result from any action you take based on the Services. You are responsible for the decisions you make using our measurements.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including the platform, methodology, software, and documentation, and all related intellectual property, are owned by IQRush or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. The measurement results we deliver to you may be used for your internal business purposes. You may not use our name, logos, or trademarks without our prior written consent.

8. No affiliation with AI assistant providers

IQRush is an independent third party. Listing or availability of the IQRush connector in Anthropic’s or OpenAI’s directories does not create any partnership, agency, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship between IQRush and Anthropic or OpenAI. We do not claim to be made, operated, or endorsed by Anthropic or OpenAI, and we use their names only to identify compatibility, in accordance with their trademark guidelines.

9. Service availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services, except as required by law.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error free, or that results will be complete or accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IQRush and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IQRush from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, Your Data, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services and disconnect any connector at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
